MAXSONORO / HELP INDEX

FAQ

Booking, payment, uploads, files, delivery, and the plain rules around working together.

01 / BOOKING

Booking + checkout

How do I know my Maxsonoro session has been booked?

After Stripe confirms payment, Maxsonoro sends a confirmation email with your booking details, private MXSN upload code, and portal link. Save that code. It is your backup access to the project upload room while the project is active.

Why will the booking page not continue to payment?

Make sure the required fields are complete, the package and available slot are selected, and the Terms checkbox is accepted. Once those are set, the checkout button can create the Stripe payment session.

What payment methods does Maxsonoro accept?

Online bookings are paid through Stripe. Stripe handles card and wallet payment availability based on the device, browser, and region. Maxsonoro does not store card details.

Is the Stripe payment the full project price?

The checkout amount is the amount shown for the selected package. Some bookings charge the full package amount through Stripe, while some studio holds may show a deposit or booking hold with any remaining balance handled according to the session details before files are released.

Can I book more than one session?

Yes. Book one available slot at a time. If you need multiple linked sessions or a custom block, use the contact flow before booking so the schedule and package can be set up cleanly.

Can I book a late-night or after-midnight session?

Late-night sessions may be possible when availability exists. If you do not see the slot you need, reach out through the site before paying for a different time.

02 / PORTAL

Portal + uploads

What is my private MXSN upload code for?

Your MXSN code lets you reopen your private upload room without paying again. Use it at the Maxsonoro portal whenever you need to send additional files, references, or notes for the same active booking.

How long does portal access stay open?

The portal remains available while the project is in progress. Once the project is marked delivered or archived, upload access closes so old projects do not keep receiving unnecessary files.

Can I send notes with my files?

Yes. The upload room sends files and notes together. Add mix direction, references, priorities, edits, or anything that helps explain the handoff before pressing the final send button.

Where do uploaded files go?

Successful uploads are attached to the paid booking and transferred into the matching Maxsonoro project folder in Google Drive, organized under the client/project details saved at checkout.

My upload link does not work. What should I do?

Use the portal access page and paste the private MXSN code from your confirmation email. If the project is still active and the code matches the booking, the upload room will reopen.

03 / SERVICES

Services + sessions

What services does Maxsonoro offer?

Maxsonoro offers recording, mixing, mastering, editing, voice-focused production, sound design, spatial audio work, and custom audio support for artists, brands, podcasts, ads, and content teams.

What is the difference between studio and remote work?

Studio sessions happen in person around the booked room and time. Remote work is built around uploaded files, references, notes, revisions, and delivery through the Maxsonoro project flow.

Can I hear examples of the work?

Yes. The main site includes audio examples across recording, mixing, mastering, sound logos, voice, spatial work, and production references.

Can Maxsonoro work on any genre or language?

Yes. Maxsonoro can record, mix, edit, or master across genres and languages. Clear references, clean files, and precise notes help the project move faster.

Can I bring music from another studio or home setup?

Yes. The best handoff is organized audio: aligned WAV stems, clearly named folders, BPM/key if relevant, and reference exports. Native DAW sessions can help, but missing plug-ins may not open exactly as intended.

04 / FILES

Files + formats

What file format should I send?

Send WAV files whenever possible. For mix work, aligned 24-bit or 32-bit WAV stems are preferred. MP3 references are useful for direction, but they should not replace full-quality source files.

What is the difference between WAV/FLAC and MP3?

WAV and FLAC are lossless formats that preserve more audio detail. MP3 is compressed and removes audio data to keep files smaller. MP3 is fine for quick references, but not ideal as the main source for professional mixing or mastering.

Can I use a YouTube rip, movie clip, sample, or someone else's beat?

You are responsible for the rights to any beat, sample, instrumental, clip, or recording you provide. Maxsonoro does not clear samples, licenses, leases, or copyright claims for client materials.

How long does Maxsonoro keep my files?

Active project files are kept for the project workflow. After delivery, you should download and back up your deliverables promptly. Maxsonoro may keep working files temporarily for continuity, but long-term archive availability is not guaranteed.

Can I ask Maxsonoro to delete my files?

Yes. Send the request from the same email used to book the project and include the booking details or MXSN code so the correct project can be identified.

05 / POLICY

Policies + refunds

What is the refund policy?

All sales are final. Maxsonoro does not offer refunds for paid bookings, deposits, holds, remote sessions, custom project payments, missed sessions, late arrivals, unused time, or completed checkout payments.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Reach out as early as possible if something changes. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and depends on project type, timing, room availability, and whether work has already been reserved or started. Final-sale payment terms still apply.

What if there is a serious emergency?

For rare exceptional situations, email hello@maxsonoro.com from the booking email and include your MXSN code, Stripe receipt, and a clear explanation. Review is discretionary and does not guarantee a refund or credit.

What happens if I am late or do not use the full booked time?

Booked time is reserved for you. If you arrive late, miss the session, or finish early, the booking remains final and the unused time is not refunded.

Can a session end early because of conduct or rule issues?

Yes. Maxsonoro may end or refuse a session if safety, building rules, room rules, copyright concerns, harassment, damage, or disruptive behavior becomes an issue. No refund is issued when a session ends because of a rule violation.

06 / PRIVACY

Privacy + rights

Who owns the music or audio I send to Maxsonoro?

You keep ownership of your own recordings, lyrics, performances, and original materials. Maxsonoro does not claim ownership of your client content.

Will Maxsonoro share my files?

No client files are shared publicly without permission. Files may be handled through trusted service providers needed for the project workflow, such as payment, upload, storage, email, or delivery systems.

Does Maxsonoro store my payment information?

No. Stripe handles payment processing and card storage. Maxsonoro stores booking records, project details, payment status, portal status, and the information needed to deliver the booked service.

I have another question. Where should I send it?

Use the site contact flow or email hello@maxsonoro.com. If your question is about an existing project, include the booking email and MXSN code.
